Background Information: Ezra 1:1-4:5; 4:24-6:22.

Hag 1:9  Ye looked for much, and, lo, it came to little; and when ye brought it home, I did blow upon it. Why? saith the LORD of hosts. Because of mine house that is waste, and ye run every man unto his own house.
Elohim/God purposely frustrated their efforts by not blessing and multipying their produce; instead, the fiery breath of His wrath consumed almost everything.
Job_4:9  By the blast of God they perish, and by the breath of his nostrils are they consumed.
Job_41:21  His breath kindleth coals, and a flame goeth out of his mouth.
Isa_33:11  Ye shall conceive chaff, ye shall bring forth stubble: your breath, as fire, shall devour you.

Hag 1:10  Therefore the heaven over you is stayed from dew, and the earth is stayed from her fruit.
Lev_26:19; Deu_28:23-24; 1Ki_8:35, 1Ki_17:1; Jer_14:1-6; Hos_2:9; Joe_1:18-20
Deu_28:23-24
    The covenant curses in Deut 28:38-39 indicate that when God's covenant people do not love and serve Him, He will neither bless their crops nor send rain (Deut 28:23-24). Thus these problems were on your own account; you caused this to happen.

Hag 1:11  And I called for a drought upon the land, and upon the mountains, and upon the corn, and upon the new wine, and upon the oil, and upon that which the ground bringeth forth, and upon men, and upon cattle, and upon all the labour of the hands.
I called: Deu_28:22; 1Ki_17:1; 2Ki_8:1; Job_34:29; Lam_1:21; Amo_5:8, Amo_7:4, Amo_9:6; upon all: Hag_2:17
Drought: Isa 42:15; Jer 50:12
Elohim was responsible for this drought (v. 9).
Hag 2:1  In the seventh month, in the one and twentieth day of the month, came the word of the LORD by the prophet Haggai, saying,
Time reference:  7th Day of Feast of Tabernacles; Water of Libation Ceremony.  Jesus said: I am the river of life, any of you who thurst, come after me.
   This was the last day of the Feast of Tabernacles in which the people celebrated the blessings of a good harvest and commemorated the time when their ancestors lived in tents during their wilderness wanderings (Lv 23:33-43, Num 29:12-40; Deut 16:13-17).

Hag 2:6  For thus saith the LORD of hosts; Yet once, it is a little while, and I will shake the heavens (Isa 13:13; Joel 3:16; Heb 12:26; Rev 6:13-14), and the earth, and the sea, and the dry land;
Elohim is going to shake all parts of the earth describe's God's sovereignty over what will happen. The scope of these words points to a yet future fulfillment at the time of the second coming of Yeshua.
Nibiru in passing will cause more great and catastrophic earthquakes (Isa 2:19. 21=Rev 6:12-17; Isa 22:5,9; Isa 5:25; 29:6; Ezek 38:19; Rev 16:18=Isa 2:10-22).
Shaken Heb 12:25-27; Isa 13:13; Hag 2:6-7; Ps 46:3;  Quaking Jer 4:24; Isa 5:25; Jer 10:10; Ezk 38:20; Jer 50:46 cr Jer 10:10; 49:21; Ezk 26:18; 31:16; Isa 5:7; 15:5; Jer 46:12; 51:54; Ezk 27:28; Isa 2:10-21; 13:6-13; Isa 54:10  (Mountains shall depart); Nah 1:5
Ra'ash usually describes the earth quaking (Ps 18:7), shaking (Isa 13:13), or trembling (Ps 68:8), perhaps at locust swarms (Jl 2:10) or kingdoms falling (Jer 10:10). Mountains (Ps 46:3), coasts, and islands (Ezk 26:15) quake; the skies (Jl 3:16), countryside (Ezk 27:28), and earth's foundations (Isa 24:18) shake. Thresholds (Am 9:1) and walls (Ezk 26:10) shake. Every creature will tremble before God (Ezk 38:20). Grain waves (Ps 72:16). The causitive shows God shaking kingdoms (Isa 14:16), even heaven and earth (Hag 2:6). He makes nations quake (Ezk 31:16) and horses leap (Jb 39:20). The noun ra'ash signifies earthquake (Ezk 38:19), military commotion (Jer 10:22), or the battle (Isa 9:5). It is rumbling of chariots (Jer 47:3), including God's chariot with angel wings and wheels (Ezk 3:12-13). Ra'ash indicates rattling of bones (Ezk 37:7) and whirring of javelins (Jb 41:29). It is people's trembling as they eat (Ezk 12:18).
Hag 2:7  And I will shake all nations, and the desire (treasures) of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the LORD of hosts.
This was a reference to gold being used in the temple.

Hag 2:20  And again the word of the LORD came unto Haggai in the four and twentieth day of the month (9th Month), saying,
Hag 2:21  Speak to Zerubbabel, governor of Judah, saying, I will shake the heavens and the earth (Ezk 38-39 war; Ezk 38:19-20);
Hag 2:22  And I will overthrow the throne of kingdoms, and I will destroy the strength of the kingdoms of the heathen (Gentile nations) (Gen 19:25; Am 4:11); and I will overthrow the chariots, and those that ride in them; and the horses and their riders shall come down, every one by the sword of his brother.
The prophecy looks ahead to the time when Yeshua/Jesus will rule the nations of the world (2015 September to 2017 September).

Comparison of Hag 2:21 to Hebrews 12:26- 27, and Isaiah 2:12-22.
Heb 12:26  Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven.
Heb 12:27  And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.
Even then, on Mount Sinai, his voice shook the earth. Compare Jud 5:4-5; Ps 68:9, 77"19, 114:7. Quote from Hag 2:6.
Isa 2:12  For the day of the LORD of hosts shall be upon every one that is proud and lofty, and upon every one that is lifted up; and he shall be brought low:
Isa 2:13  And upon all the cedars of Lebanon, that are high and lifted up, and upon all the oaks of Bashan,
Isa 2:14  And upon all the high mountains, and upon all the hills that are lifted up,
Isa 2:15  And upon every high tower, and upon every fenced wall,
Isa 2:16  And upon all the ships of Tarshish, and upon all pleasant pictures.
Isa 2:17  And the loftiness of man shall be bowed down, and the haughtiness of men shall be made low: and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day.
Isa 2:18  And the idols he shall utterly abolish.
Isa 2:19  And they shall go into the holes of the rocks, and into the caves of the earth, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth. Rev 6:12-17
Isa 2:20  In that day a man shall cast his idols of silver, and his idols of gold, which they made each one for himself to worship, to the moles and to the bats;
Isa 2:21  To go into the clefts of the rocks, and into the tops of the ragged rocks, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth.

Gill Broussard believes tha Nibiru did a flyby and killed the 185,000 Assyrians.

If this sounds like the raging fanaticism of a wild eyed “conspiracy nut” to some of our readers, then perhaps they should read Psalm 46:2-3, 83:13-15, Isaiah 2:10-22,
14:1-13, 24:1-6, 24:17-20, 40:4, Ezekiel 38:19-20, Micah 1:3-4, Nahum 1:5, Haggai 2:6-7, 2:21-23, Hebrews 12:25-28, Revelation 6:12-17, 11:13, 16:17-21, and many other similar Scriptures throughout God’s Word.

Read Joel 2:1-2 and Zephaniah 1:14-17, and BELIEVE what you read. Psalm 9:15-17 is still in the Bible whether some want to believe it or not.

More scriptural verification for Nibiru.

Isaiah
I have already referred to the prophecies of this entire earth being shaken “terribly” as recorded in Isaiah 2:12-22, Haggai 2:21, and Hebrews 12:26-29.
Now look at Isaiah 13:1-14. These Scriptures are another inspired prophecy of the coming of “the day of the Lord” [the Tribulation]. It is explicitly stated in this
prophecy that the Lord is going to bring His “sanctified ones” [13:3] “from a far country, from the end of heaven, even the Lord, and the weapons of His indignation, to destroy the whole land [erets…earth],” 13:5. Planet X is coming from the blackness of space on the far outer fringes of the solar system.

Notice also in this prophecy that the Lord explicitly states that He is bringing “the day of the Lord” (Tribulation) “as a destruction from the Almighty” (El Shaddai) (Isa 13:6) , and that it will effect the stars, the constellations, the Sun, the Moon, and the earth, literally moving the earth out of its present orbit, 13:6-14. Do any of our readers who really believe the Scriptures have any doubts that this prophecy is describing the coming of Planet X and also other heavenly bodies into the solar system? Also study Isaiah
24:1-20, 28:17-23, and many other similar Old Testament prophecies.

I would emphasize to our readers that Elohim/God of Heaven DOES NOT NEED mankind’s silly little nuclear bombs and planes and missiles and other modern weapons to bring judgment upon the wicked of this earth. All He has to do is command His creation and it obeys His will explicitly. Thousands of years ago the Lord, when speaking to the Patriarch Job, said, “Hast thou entered into the treasures of the snow? Or hast thou seen the treasures of the hail, which I have reserved against the time of trouble, against the day of battle and war? Job 38:22-23.
Hey! You never thought of these “natural” elements as “weapons”? Almighty God has! Now read Psalm 148:7-8. Do these verses say that the Lord’s creation fulfills
His Word or not? Well…?? There is more controlled raw power unleashed in one huge thunderstorm than a hundred nuclear bombs. Think about it! Now read Nahum 1:3 and “be not faithless, but believing,” John 20:27.
